Platform overview — live data
How much money NextBayt earns per month from active PRO subscribers. If this number grows every month, the business is healthy.
MRR × 12. Shows the yearly revenue if nothing changes. Investors use this number to judge company size.
Users currently paying for NextBayt PRO. This is the most important number — every PRO user means recurring income.
The percentage of PRO users who cancelled this month. If 100 people pay and 3 cancel, churn = 3%. Below 5% is good for SaaS.
How many unique users logged in and did something today. Shows if people actually use the product, not just sign up.
Breaks down where MRR growth actually comes from. Green = new paying users. Blue = FREE users upgrading. Red = cancellations. The line shows the net result.
ARPU = total revenue ÷ number of PRO users. LTV = ARPU ÷ Churn Rate — how much a customer is worth over their entire time with NextBayt.
Shows how the user base grows over time. The blue (PRO) section growing faster than gray (FREE) is a very good sign.
Out of every 100 FREE users who sign up, 18 end up buying PRO. Industry average for SaaS is 2-5%. Above 15% is excellent.
DAU ÷ MAU × 100. Higher = people keep coming back. Good SaaS products are 20-40%.

Shows how many users from each month are still using NextBayt over time. Month 0 = 100% (everyone just signed up). If Month 3 still shows 60%+ green, users love the product.
On average, each active user runs 3.2 property analyses per day. Higher = users find the product useful and use it often. Below 1 = users are not engaged.
How close FREE users are to hitting their monthly analysis limit (5/month). 67% means they're using most of their free allowance. High utilization = strong upgrade motivation.
How long after signing up a new user runs their first analysis. Shorter = better onboarding. If this is over 10 minutes, users are confused.
78% of analysis requests are served from cached data (instant) vs fresh calculation. Higher = faster for users and cheaper for us.
What users are actually looking for when they analyse a property. Use this to adjust marketing language and feature priorities.
What percentage of active users used each feature. Low numbers don't always mean a bad feature — sometimes users just don't know it exists.
Which app or device users use to run analyses. If Extension is growing fast, the browser extension work is paying off.
Shows daily user activity per platform. Useful to spot if a platform drops suddenly after an update — early warning for bugs.
